Last Supper
Being honest after publishing my first post I was determined to get started on this journey and I started with a last supper. I called my husband at work and asked him to bring home Domino's Deep Dish Pacific Veggie Pizza and so he did. Then pretty much directly after eating half of the pizza I felt bad, upset, and disappointed in myself. The next morning I woke up and brushed off all the guilt of the night before and got started.

Yes I know the scale is not going to do the work for me but it will be there to be brutally honest with me on a daily basis. Can't wait for it's arrival.
Exercise will be my next big step. As a proud owner of my very own treadmill I am happy to say the it has never been used as a clothes hanger. On another note it has been used on an average of 5 times a month for the past two years. This is not impressive at all and I intend on changing my exercise habits starting with dusting off the treadmill and not letting the dust settle back on it. There are other things I intend on doing to step up my activity levels & strenght stay tuned and I will eventually share.
I made it to Weight Watcher this week and the starting results for my journey are:
293.2 lbs
45.9 BMI
Saturday my family and I had a yard sale. Thinking about it the yard sale it is kinda like the beginning of this journey. I'm taking my things I don't want and offering it to the public. Just like I'm trying to get rid of old habits and sharing my journey with the public. Please stick with me for my journey and feel free to comment to inspire me on.
